30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Product Return Policy
We are committed to your total satisfaction with your shopping experience at American Expedition. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date that the product was shipped to you. Upon receiving your return, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit, or refund of the cost of the item purchased.
All returns must be received by us at our facility in Union, MO, in the original condition. Items without all the original box and packing materials, law tags, etc., will not be accepted. Items may be subject to an up to 25% restocking fee. American Expedition does not refund shipping and handling fees. If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the shipping and handling costs from American Expedition will be deducted from the refund. We do our best to carefully pack each order to avoid any damage that may occur in transit. If your product was damaged in shipment, please email an explanation and picture(s) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment. Upon confirming the damaged goods, we will replace any damaged item at no cost to you and handle the return of the damaged product.
If you would like to return your purchase for any other reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 and we will help walk you through the process. You will be responsible for the labeling, shipping, and costs associated with returning the merchandise back to us. The return must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date that we shipped the order to you. This date can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email. Please address the return to: American Expedition, Attn: Returns, 7 Cedar Ct., Union, MO 63084.
Be sure to include all of the original packaging with the product. If your purchase qualified for our Free Shipping offer, the outbound shipping charges that were paid by American Expedition will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspected the returned merchandise. If there are any issues with the items, we will contact you immediately.
The return process is as follows:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 to authorize and initiate the product return.
- Ship the item(s) back to our facility at 7 Cedar Court, Union, MO 63084. Be sure it is packed in its original packaging materials just like it was received.
- When you ship the item(s), insure them for the full value with the carrier you use. We cannot accept returned items if they are damaged on the return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) we will refund the original purchase value, less the shipping costs that we may have incurred if your order had qualified for our Free Shipping offer.
Please allow at least one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. We will process your credit as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of your return. Please let us know if you would rather have the refund in the form of an American Expedition Gift Certificate.
Please Note: Clearance items sold in our Discount Den or Super Sale, and gift certificates purchased on our site, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These purchases are considered “final”.
