Need to make a return? No problem! We are committed to your total satisfaction with your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date that the product was shipped to you.
- Contact us at service@americanexpedition.us or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 to authorize and initiate the product return.
- Ship the item(s) back to our facility at 7 Cedar Court, Union, MO 63084. Be sure it is packed in its original packaging materials just like it was received.
- When you ship the item(s), insure them for the full value with the carrier you use. We cannot accept returned items if they are damaged on the return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) we will refund the original purchase value, less the shipping costs that we may have incurred if your order had qualified for our Free Shipping offer.
All returns must be received by us at our facility in Union, MO, in new condition with the original box and packaging materials. Please Note: Clearance items sold in our Discount Den or Summer Sale, and gift certificates purchased on our site, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These purchases are considered “final”.
Does American Expedition ship internationally?

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
