We hope that you see American Expedition as more than just high-quality, beautifully designed products, but as a commemoration of your own adventures and love for America's wildlife.

Need to make a return? No problem! We are committed to your total satisfaction with your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date that the product was shipped to you.

• Contact us at service@americanexpedition.us or call us at 1-800-205-4332 or 1-636-583-1145 to authorize and initiate the product return.
• Ship the item(s) back to our facility at 7 Cedar Court, Union, MO 63084. Be sure it is packed in its original packaging materials just like it was received.
• When you ship the item(s), insure them for the full value with the carrier you use. We cannot accept returned items if they are damaged on the return transit.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) we will refund the original purchase value, less the shipping costs that we may have incurred if your order had qualified for our Free Shipping offer.

All returns must be received by us at our facility in Union, MO, in new condition with the original box and packaging materials. Please Note: Clearance items sold in our Discount Den or Summer Sale, and gift certificates purchased on our site, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These purchases are considered “final”.

Yes! We ship to Canada, U.S. territories, and parts of Asia, Australia, Europe and South America. You can find out all the countries we ship to and the approximate shipping rates on our Shipping Policy page.

We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you can enter your email into the notification box and you will automatically receive an email once it becomes available again. You can also look at the "Related Products" to see if there is a similar product in stock.

Great question! We can definitely help you with your conundrum. On the American Expedition Outdoor Forum, we have pages dedicated to all of your favorite animals, many of which you can find neat decor based on them in our store.
